International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas) is a free public charter school serving more than 25,000 K-12 students at 26 campuses in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Cleveland, and College Station areas. ILTexas was founded by Mr. Eddie Conger, and the charter was approved by the Texas Education Agency in November, 2012.

Servant leadership is built into every ILTexas classroom. Students learn key leadership traits and apply them through K–12 service projects that build skills in teamwork, communication, and community impact.

ILTexas students develop leadership through yearly, student-led service projects based on our motto, “Others Before Self.” With minimal teacher input, they plan and execute projects that give back to their communities.
